> Faculty and Student Research
The Department of Geography has a diverse and vigorous research tradition. A sample of UB Geography research is assembled on this page. It includes research conducted by faculty members, often in collaboration with colleagues affiliated with other UB departments or with other institutions, and by graduate students. Students have numerous opportunities to collaborate with faculty members on small and large research projects, sponsored or not. This mentoring relationship often leads to co-authored conference presentations and journal articles.
Additional research projects are also featured on the NCGIA web page.
Many faculty members and graduate students provide more information on their research of their personal web page.
