I am currently a doctoral student in
the Philosophy department at SUNY-Buffalo and a NSF research
fellow in the IGERT program.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from
the University of Pittsburgh in philosophy as well as the
history and philosophy of science in 2006. While my primary
research focuses on topics in the philosophy of mind,
language, rationality, and cognitive science, I have nascent
interests in spatial reasoning and cognition, which I hope
to pursue by means of experimental philosophy and elements
of GI science while at Buffalo.
In the time that is not spent doing
this, I am passionate about being outdoors, community
activism, and riding bicycles instead of burning fossil
fuels.
