I am a Doctoral student in the
Computer Science and Engineering department at SUNY Buffalo. My
current research interests primarily involve applying image
processing techniques to 2D and 3D medical image data such as
cardiovascular X-rays and CT scans for plaque analysis. I work
with spatio-temporal sequences in an attempt to separate image
data based on motion.
I
earned a Master's degree in Computer and information Science
from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and worked in both
the software industry and the non-profit health industry as a
software engineer and a technology consultant. |
