Broadly stated, my research is focused upon the glacial landscape evolution of New York State and Northern Pennsylvania.  This undertaking is centered upon replication of glacial influence over varying temporal and spatial scales via application of a two-dimensional ice sheet model.  Particular focus will be applied to localized ice transport response to variable climate forcing mechanisms and bed topography.  Improved understanding of modern glacier retreat as a proxy of global warming characterizes the global importance of progression in the field of ice sheet modeling.

I served as a project engineer for Graham Corporation in Batavia, New York after obtaining a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from UB. In addition, I recently earned an M.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Natural Science where my research centered on mist plume generation and transport at Niagara Falls.  As a lifetime resident of the area, I enjoy the change of seasons that Western New York offers with my wife Jennifer, son Ethan, and loyal canine Indiana.
